Yes! Open Doors Financial Assistance helps make YMCA membership and programs accessible to individuals and families who need support. Applications are confidential.

Are group exercise classes included with my membership?

Yes! Most adult group exercise classes are included with membership, giving you a variety of ways to stay active.

Does membership include Childwatch while I work out?

Yes! Childwatch is available as a membership benefit at participating locations. Check your local YMCA for availability.

Can I use other YMCA locations with my membership?

The Channel Islands YMCA participates in YMCA Nationwide Membership, allowing eligible members to access participating YMCAs across the country. Nationwide access may not be available for certain Medicare programs.

Do members receive discounts on YMCA programs?

Yes! Members can receive discounted pricing and priority registration for youth programs such as swim, dance, camps, and sports.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel my membership?

There is no long-term contract. Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time, with benefits continuing through the current billing cycle.

Is the YMCA a non-profit?

Yes, the YMCA is a charitable organization that supports your local community. Every dollar donated to your local Y, directly supports vital programs in your community.
